Returns Policy

Although rare, we understand that an order might need to be returned to us.

Please contact us before sending anything back and we will give instructions on how to proceed.

Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

We offer a 30 day return policy for change of mind. You are welcome to return the item to us up to 30 days after you received it, for your choice of exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery costs.
Items returned must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original packaging. Products must be unopened with original manufacturer seals still intact, or we cannot accept them for change of mind returns.
Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.

Should your product be damaged or faulty on arrival, we will happily replace or refund.
All orders are sent in brand new, undamaged condition.
All claims for damaged or faulty items on arrival must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please notify us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. (you must notify us within 14 days)
We may request photos of the damaged or faulty item before processing a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item, please use a trackable shipping service.

We cannot be responsible for any lost or untrackable parcels not received by us.
